What We Are Doing

The Consulting Lab Inc. will relocate its NC office to Innovate Carolina's Junction at 136 E. Rosemary St. in Chapel Hill. We will build a shared platform where education meets execution, bringing together immersive learning experiences around transformation using AI.

The TCLI Compass™ Framework employs a scaffolded learning model that incorporates behavioral change, Business Acumen Building, and AI Enablement. We will scope and deliver multiple transformation sprints fueled by AI using the TCLI Compass™ framework, where our relentless focus will be on outcomes that move the needle for Innovate Carolina.

Starting Fall 2025, we’re running live, in-person Public Labs at The Junction. These are open sessions, part lecture and part fieldwork, where community members, students, and professionals can learn directly from our experienced consultants and partners.

Pilot Program : Fall Semester 2025 & Spring Semester 2026

Embedded Advisory

We’ll be advising the internal teams at Innovate Carolina Junction. Our consultants will work directly on AI implementation, strategic design, and operational transformation. We’re not just showing up; we’re showing up with sleeves rolled up.
