Decoding Culture — Understanding the Invisible Forces at Work

Culture isn’t just what’s written on the walls and in value statements — it’s what plays out in everyday decisions, behaviors, and norms. In this course, you’ll build a clear understanding of what organizational culture really is and how to observe and assess it. Using the SonicWave case study, you’ll explore how culture is reinforced through daily interaction and how to use a cultural model to diagnose SonicWave and WaveTech Audio. You’ll also learn and compare the most prominent cultural frameworks, explore both traditional and AI-enabled assessment tools, and learn how to spot early signs of misalignment to begin analyzing the cultural dynamics at play in a real-world scenario.

Through frameworks and experiential practice, learners will explore how listening fuels trust, informs action, and drives aligned execution. Drawing from the SonicWave case and real-world scenarios, this course equips professionals to listen beyond the noise—especially when the signals come from humans and machines.
